I’m Back!!

I have neglected this blog for a year. Wow, right? I have decided to revamp this blog into exactly what I want it to be – a health blog. I want to discuss food, hair, mental health, physical health, and topics such as stress and creating a peace of mind. I will be blogging a few times a week and sharing some of my favorite tips and quotes that keep me moving. Bare with me, I’m learning as I go with this blog.
